The sequence a new septic system has to go through before anyone backfills it, for a property in La Center. The sewer column matters at this stage: where a parcel can be connected to a public sewer, most jurisdictions require that instead of a new septic system. Checking connectability before paying for a soil evaluation is worth the phone call.
