For firms
Designers, installers and engineering firms work the same three problems: finding the record, producing a compliant design, and prying documents out of a county. One plan covers all three.
Everything we hold for your state, plus the design and records work that usually eats a technician's week.
Permits, as-builts and inspection approvals harvested from the county itself, read page by page, and tied back to the parcel they belong to. You search an address and get that property's file.
Tank, drainfield, reserve area and setbacks placed against the real lot and its soil, sized to the dwelling, checked against the state code. Estimated, not a county-stamped document.
Where a county will not publish, we file the public records request under its own statute, track the deadline and follow up. You get the documents, not the correspondence.
Coverage is not uniform, so here is the measured picture rather than a map with everything shaded in. These are the states where the counties holding records are also read and linked to parcels.
| State | Counties with records | Share of residents covered | Documents held |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vermont | 14 of 14 | 100% | 426,148 |
| Arizona | 2 of 15 | 76% | 571,980 |
| Washington | 14 of 39 | 59% | 925,896 |
| Idaho | 16 of 44 | 54% | 92,501 |
| Oregon | 5 of 36 | 51% | 37,899 |
| Tennessee | 34 of 95 | 17% | 239,710 |
| Florida | 6 of 67 | 15% | 149,977 |
Share of residents covered is the portion of the state's population living in a county whose records we hold, read and have linked to parcels. Counties where documents exist but are not yet linked are deliberately excluded, because a search that returns nothing is not coverage. If your state is not listed, ask, and we will tell you what we actually have rather than sell you a shaded map.
