However, the Accela ACA search interface (Search/GeneralSearch.aspx) and its JSON API (/apis/...) all redirect to an Error.aspx page. The portal requires an established ASP.NET session (VIEWSTATE) that is set up through the JavaScript-driven navigation flow, which cannot be reproduced with plain HTTP GET requests. The search page and API endpoints are effectively gated behind the session/JS flow, so I could not reach any document listing or scanned permit via a pure-HTTP path.",
